GGNP Kirtan Class
GGNP hold kirtan classes for beginners, immediate and advanced learners.
Kirtan is very important to the Sikh way of life, and is a way of learning Gurbani to sing, understand and spread awareness of the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
The class is held by qualified and DBS checked teachers, who are well versed in Gurbani and musical instruments.
- Every Tuesday – 6:00pm – 8:00pm (During school term times only)
The instruments that are taught is Tabala and Vaja which are provided at the Gurdwara Sahib. It is important time is taken to practice at home and is preferable for students to have their own instruments.
This is free of charge to students but the expectation is that student in their own time will practice at home.
This is a friendly atmosphere in a non-pressured environment.
